10. Kirsten Dunst ( Age 27) — Kicked off the decade with Bring It On (2000), and hit the big time in the blockbuster Spiderman (2002) movies. Dunst reminds me of a younger version of Cameron Diaz in that they both do cute-sexy-funny better than anyone else.

9. Ali Larter (33) – An ex-model, Larter’s career took off with Final Destination I (2000) and II (2003) at the start the decade and a role in Part III of the Resident Evil (2007) series. It was Heroes (2006), however, that made her a household name.

8. Summer Glau (28) – Pretty much a TV girl but given the high quality of television during the ‘00s this is no longer an issue. Best known for playing a terminator in Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles (2008), she is the first of two hot robots in the Top Ten.
