Alternative Medicine Accident & Emergency Dept.

I’ve always rather liked Richard Dawkins description of “Alternative Medicine” as “medicine which, by its own definition, doesn’t work”. His, rather well made, point is that if a treatment is found to work, it becomes part of medicine. If it doesn’t, it remains “alternative”.
