  2. being FROM New Zealand I would very much like to point out that it is not the majority of us that engage in such acts. In fact is it mostly the American immigrants that make this their past-time.

    • What do you mean “such acts”?
      It looks to me as though shepherding isn’t permitted on that stretch of highway… there must be some local traffic safety concerns.

  3. Picking ticks off the backs of sheep is not permitted on New Zealand roads!.
